Why I started Applied Project Management LLC

I have a passion for helping people acquire project management skills!  

After receiving my project management professional (PMP) certification in 2007, I realized that the project management mindset really helped me to anticipate problems and  develop realistic schedules and budgets.  I became the "go-to guy" because I got  the job done.

I wanted to teach others about project management, so that they could improve their performance too.

I didn’t see any short duration training programs that focused on the smaller projects that most of us face at work, so I developed my course and started giving workshops in 2010 to small businesses and non-profit organizations.  Now I also provide personal instruction to individuals.

I really enjoy seeing people use what they've learned!
